For the main hotpot course, diners can choose from a variety of over 50 fresh ingredients. These include proteins – chicken, pork, beef, and fresh seafood; starches such as sweet potato noodles, and a variety of vegetables. After making their selection, these will be cooked in a boiling pot of Sichuan pepper-infused broth.
